Meet the founder
I’m Georgia, also known as Gia, founder of Brushes & Bubbles and Gia Beauty.
I’ve been a makeup artist for almost 10 years, and beauty has always meant more to me than just makeup. It’s about the women I meet, the conversations we have and the connections we make along the way.
After working on models in Ghana in 2021, I was given a vision for something bigger. Brushes & Bubbles is that vision, one I believe was put on my heart for a reason, and I’m finally bringing it to life.
I wanted to create a space where women can learn makeup, enjoy themselves, meet like-minded people and leave with more than just a new skill.
I’m so excited to bring Brushes & Bubbles to Accra and share this experience with you all. I cannot wait to meet you and build long lasting connections.

Not at all! Day One, The Beauty Social, is designed for complete beginners and anyone who wants to improve how they do their own makeup. You’ll be guided through creating a soft glam look, step by step.
Day Two, The MUA Experience, is open to makeup artists at every stage, whether you’re just starting out or already working with clients.
Day One, The Beauty Social, is a hands-on class focused on learning to do your own makeup. You’ll practise the techniques on yourself, with guidance and support throughout.
Day Two, The MUA Experience, is a professional masterclass featuring a live makeup demonstration on a model, a breakdown of Georgia’s techniques and industry conversations to help you grow as an artist.
Both days include the wider Brushes & Bubbles experience, but the teaching is tailored to each group.
We’ll email everyone who books with a guide explaining what to bring, how to prepare and what to expect on the day.
For Day One, you’ll be applying makeup on yourself, so we’ll make sure you have the information you need beforehand.
We’re finalising the products and tools that will be available during the sessions. A full breakdown of what’s provided and what you may need to bring will be sent to confirmed guests before the event.
Brushes & Bubbles will take place in Accra, Ghana, from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM on your selected event day.
The location is only revealed to guests who have paid. You’ll see it as soon as your payment goes through, and directions and arrival information will follow by email. Sign up to our mailing list on the site so you don’t miss any updates. We recommend arriving a little early so you can check in, settle in and enjoy the welcome experience.
Your ticket includes access to your selected makeup session and the wider Brushes & Bubbles experience.
You can look forward to makeup education, food, bubbles and non-alcoholic refreshments, gifting and opportunities to meet other women who share your love for beauty.
We’ve planned the experience to give you time to learn, ask questions, enjoy yourself and make lovely memories.
